Overview

Lutron Pro Portal is a dashboard for Lutron dealers to track their projects and sales. This was conceived as a rewards program, allowing dealers to level up and earn rewards and unlock benefits based on their teams sales.

At the onset of the project the challenge was having only 2 months to design and send off for development. Running on mostly out of the box Salesforce widgets it became a challenge of organizing and leveraging these widgets to make the dashboard efficient and maintaining a Lutron aesthetic. Working closely with Stakeholders a simplified dashboard was determined to be the best process going forward.

Working closely with the User Experience team a series of wireframes were created to accommodate all the necessary features: Overview, Promotions, Skill Builder, Sales, Account, Support,

Overview Page

The main portion of the Dashboard was designed to ensure the dealer is able to identify what tier they are in, how much money they have made this year, the ability to log purchase, sign up for promotions, and quickly see all the benefits they have unlocked.

Promotions

This feature allows user to activate and follow promotions that will help them unlock rewards. This required us to use off the shelf Salesforce widgets.

Skill Builder

The Skill Builder section is dedicated to continued education. The dealer can see how his team members are progressing through courses that can help his team sell more sophisticated products and advertise to customers that his team is certified to install those products.

Sales

A dashboard dedicated to the team's sales. Allowing teams to; monitor how much sales have come in over the course of the year, log purchases that are purchased outside of a project, and check on individual team members sales numbers.

Color Scheme

The dashboard is broken up into two specific color schemes. There is the Tier color, which covers all things related to the rewards tier the dealer has reached - benefits and sales. The other color scheme is the global Lutron actions. These actions follow the Lutron Brand color. This color differentiation was decided upon to link certain actions with tiers and others with Lutron as a brand.
